The List/Sales Ratios give an indication of whether we are moving into a balanced or seller's market. Once we get below 6 months of inventory, combined with a 60% or more List /Sales Ratio, we know this is a good indication that we are moving into a seller's market.

How Well Do Know the Real Estate Business

Last month I helped a friend from Grande Prairie, that I knew through business for quite a few years.

He and his bride-to-be, flew in to town to plan their upcoming August wedding, and while they were here they wanted to find the perfect vacation property. On that same Saturday afternoon, we viewed a few properties that we had narrowed down, to fit their criteria.

With all the information in hand and a good understanding of what was available, they flew back to Grande Prairie to think about which one was their best option.

Doing a long distance deal can at times be very challenging. The people involved have to understand the importance of completing the details on time. Especially when dealing with the banks and lawyers.

Not only was this couple on schedule, but they had things done well within the time frames we had set out. Any time they had questions through the process, they kept their cool and dealt with things very calmly. They knew I would look after them every step of the way and that helped us get through the whole thing with very little stress... for all of us.

It was such a pleasant experience dealing with people who trust and believe I'm here to help them through the whole process. People, who appreciate the time and effort I put in to make sure they get the best representation when making one of the largest purchases in their lives.

Who says this is a tough business!? :) Thank you, Tracey & Jason.

Wineries north of Penticton, east of Kelowna and in West Kelowna have begun their harvest as temperatures are perfect. The temperature must be -8°C or below for the harvest to begin...READ MORE @ https://goo.gl/RCnOfc.
